Our practice has been appointed as Principal Agent to execute the restoration of the Despatch Brickfields chimney. This is a heritage project originally constructed in 1882. Phase 1 has been completed and Phase 2 is due to begin. Phase 2 comprises the stabilisation of the chimney structure as well as landscaping and upgrading of the access road.
